As Seyfe Turizm AŞ. (“Company”), it is of utmost importance to us that your personal data is processed, transferred, and secured in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”). In this context, below we explain how your personal data will be collected, processed, and transferred to third parties by our Company as the data controller, as well as the rights you have under KVKK.
1. Method of Collection and Legal Grounds for Your Personal Data: Your personal data may be collected through our hotels and other physical environments, as well as through our website and similar electronic environments, via verbal, written, and electronic notifications you make to our Company, or through contacts made in the aforementioned environments, or through third parties such as our group companies and agencies, tour operators, with whom our Company collaborates or provides services, in written, verbal, or visual recording, or other physical or electronic forms. Your personal data is collected, processed, transferred, and stored for the purposes listed below, in accordance with the conditions specified in KVKK.
2. Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data: Your Personal Data may be processed by our Company for the purposes of fulfilling our legal obligations, establishing and performing contracts with you, verifying your identity, enabling quick access to your information in case of your repeated stay at our Hotels, informing you about our services and promotions, customizing and improving our services, providing effective customer service and responding to your inquiries and requests, obtaining your opinions through surveys and polls, ensuring the security of our Company's physical and electronic environments, celebrating special occasions, sending magazines and similar materials, carrying out transactions beneficial to you such as gifts and promotions, investigating and preventing violations of contracts and laws, reporting to relevant judicial and administrative authorities, and resolving any legal disputes that may arise between you and the Company.
3. Transfer of Your Personal Data: Your personal data may be transferred to general law enforcement agencies and other authorized institutions and organizations permitted to receive information under the relevant legislation, our company's controlling partner, our company's subsidiaries, our business partners both domestic and international, our suppliers, our subcontractors, and other third parties upon your request or application, provided that the conditions stipulated in the KVKK are met and necessary security measures are taken. As Seyfe Tourism Inc., we may process and store your personal data in servers or other electronic environments located within or outside Turkey, provided that necessary security measures are taken.
4. Your Rights as a Data Subject: According to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information regarding your personal data if it has been processed, to know the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose, to be informed about third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred both domestically and internationally, to request the correction of your personal data in case it is incomplete or inaccurately processed, to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data when the reasons necessitating its processing cease to exist, to request that the correction and deletion processes be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, to object to the emergence of a result against you by means of exclusively automated systems analyzing the processed data, and to request compensation for damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
If you wish to exercise any of the rights mentioned above, you can submit your request, which must include sufficient information and explanation regarding your identity and the right you wish to exercise, either in person at Seyfe Turizm AŞ, Vikingen Infinity Resort & SPA, Akdeniz Bulvarı No:40, Türkler, Alanya, or via a notary, or by sending it to info@vikingenhotels.com with a secure electronic signature. In the event that the Personal Data Protection Authority decides to accept requests through methods other than those specified, our Company will announce the ways in which you can submit your applications. Generally, your requests will be processed free of charge; however, if responding to your request incurs an additional cost, fees may be charged in accordance with the relevant legislation.
